Today ... accidentally or intentionally I happened to listen to this song. It was so catchy and mind refreshing that I couldn't stop listening to it. Here you can listen to the song- mean while you can check your singing skills looking at the lyrics as well...
Lyrics | Hans Zimmer - Alex On The Spot lyrics

money makes you worry
Its been very long time since I wrote my last blog so I thought I should do it today at any cost. To start with my lifestyle got changed very drastically since my last blog. I'm no more a student now and I'm one of geeks here in B'lore.
Coming to lifestyle, I stopped playing now because of two reasons. One is there is no playground around me here and other hapless reason is my eye is still not well. I have been seeing the doctors for the last 3 months and still it is back at the start. May be its for good only. It will help me put on some kgs.
My brother has come down to me to join the animation course here. so I had to rent a house for both of us but the house owners here are very crude and I had to give them an amount of 40K as an advance. We are moving this friday so we will be celebrating the Diwali in the new house.
My job is so far quite interesting. I have learned so much here and my team is full of energy unlike me. Knowingly and unknowingly I'm into the field I'm interested in. Unix internals and shell scripting , perl and now Network programming - all are quite intriguing to me and I'm really enjoying it
Thats all for now guys and see you soon

Brand New Life

Turning points
everybody's life is a pin-ball game and destiny decides the various things in the game that are supposed to encounter our ball of life. Today I came to know that I was there at one sch point. I don't know what prompted me to go there in the basket ball I tried to reach the ball and suddenly I felt stars blowing out with a silence. then i came to know that I was seriously hit by a very heavy basketball and my life is going to take a big turn.
I have my thesis due in 10 days and I can hardly see. Going outdoors is very pain full and I feel like somebody who doesn't like me is squeezing my eyes with all his anger on me. The problem is I can not see the computer screen even 15 days after the incident and the problem is keeping me in great trouble.
Oh god help me get out of this

Oracle Rocks
Today I met a guy called Ryan Lamose (sorry I don't know the exact spelling). Let me start from the first. Myself along with 6 other oracle recruits were invited to Taj Gateway on Friday for an event called project selection event. We were taken to the hotel on an innova and there were already more than 100 people, form different colleges. We had our breakfast in the gateway restaurant. I have never seen those many items for the breakfast before. We had a great time enjoying the 5* accommodation for the first time in our lives. Then we were given some Oracle identity cards and were made to sit in the conference room. Then many people had come and started explaining mumbo-humbos which our brains failed to process. I couldn't understand a bit. Very first presentation was by leng leng fung ( again don't know the exact spelling). She is a South Korean lady and she started explaining about EM (Enterprise Manager) and started correlating her trekking photographs with the the work we are gonna do followed by number of other boring presentations. I tried my level best to not to sleep but I failed just like ever. Then there was a great lunch I enjoyed it, some more presentation fallowed in the afternoon as well and we had one more dinner at around 7o clock. Then started my problem. The food started giving me stomach problem and I had a bad time vomiting in IISc. I thought I should never eat in the 5* again.
Next day was quite busy.I met say 6 people technically they are called managers. I never talked much with them except this guy called Rayn. He was so funny and so interesting that at that moment i decided not to miss him.
To day we had very boring day waiting for the announcements and I was very eager who I was gonna get. We drank the real juice, we ate, we talked, we roamed here and there and finally results were out. I jumped with joy as soon as I found my self in Ryan's team. He is standing at the back of the cafeteria. Kapil was one other guy who is also with me. I went to him and said "I'm very happy "
There were pizzas waiting for us but none of us including the iitb guy likes pizzas. Rayn said that he had already reserved a restaurant for six people and we started walk down the Lexington building. Suddenly Rayn wanted us to drop our bags (we just got new bags..) so all of us again went up, dumped our bags and returned. We didn't take car because walking is faster and comfortable in the forum area, we walked down to a restaurant through forum mall and our table was waiting for us in the first floor.
We had a great time. He offered me wine but I said no and then we chatted for so long and had really great time.
The way back was not that memorable because it was raining very heavily
I'm starving for sleep ,et me stop here
cheers

IISc a hundred year success story
Is it true that being a student of IISc puts you on the right side of the gaussian curve representing the IQ distribution of the youth of our country?. I lets say We do have more potential and have to face propationately more stress. Most of us manage do manage to take a walk, chat up a freind (..sadly I have no girl friend yet) go to gymkhana and get back to SERC tired. But there are few, it would make me a lier if I still say few but there are many who walk down a road where one can get lost. I myself (let me remind you again that i'm not the kind of guys mentioned above) walked here there with out even knowing what I am doing. It might be because I don't know what to do among these crazy people or I lost mu common sense after coming here.
Today I went to the inaugaral lecture delivered by Andrew Viterbi ( I don't know the actuall spelling and i'm sure this spelling is damn wrong). It was a wet evening with a heavy rain and luckily I was happend to buy an umberalla. I went in and I went into trans as soon as I was in the JN TATA Auditorium. I thanked god for making me part of 100 year story and I eagerly wiated for his speech. To my utter dismay I realized again that genius people are never seldom good speakers.
One thing is for sure..that is IISc is great but not I'm. People around me here are great, again not me. It depends on how you use it. Its like a lighter say... (don't want to say a telugu filmy dialogue). I know more people in the basket ball, volley ball than professors in my department. My IISc life revolved mainly around two epi centers firstly C-Mess then around the professor KRR. You might be wondering that this two center theory made me walk in the ellitical path with so and so eccentricity .You are wrong.. There was one other center of gravity called manoj. He is like a black hole- I would like to say...SO my days here in IISc were very complex with unpredicatable chaotic trajectories. If you were prof DUTT then you would be free to use recuurence quantification analysis to find the hidden rythms in my IISc life. I'm going mad right...
so let stop it here
cheers
